Is Your Company Ready to Become Part of the Make Life Safer Program?

If this is your first time participating in a UFAC Verification Program, take these three steps to verification: 1) apply and agree to the current Terms of Participation, 2) complete sample testing, and 3) order your tags.

Your company will be required to provide product component samples for testing at an UFAC-approved, independent, third-party accredited laboratory. Once your samples have been processed and passing test results received, you will then be eligible to purchase Make Life Safer or Make Life Safer Plus program hangtags, depending on which testing you have completed.

NOTE: All UFAC participating companies must get verified first with the Make Life Safer (blue) program before joining the Make Life Safer Plus (green) program.

It’s easy. If UFAC already has your current year verification testing results on file, you may simply reorder tags.
